Jeff Norquist

Principal/Managing Partner

Jeff was raised in Northern California, and then moved to Washington where he earned his degree in Communications from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Jeff worked in commercial industrial sales prior to moving back to California to join the family retail business as a store manager and then held the position of President/Chief Operations Officer and Senior Property/Asset Manager for over 30 years. Jeff enjoys coaching baseball, mountain biking, snow skiing, waterskiing and spending time with friends and family.  

Lane Steinmetz

Principal/Managing Partner

Lane has his roots in the Pacific Northwest, but has lived in California for over 30 years. He earned his degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Lane has worked as an engineer, a communications account executive and retail manager, and then held the position of President/Chief Financial Officer and Senior Property/Asset Manager for a mid-size retail family business for over 30 years. Lane enjoys mountain biking, skiing, travel and all things outdoor with family and friends.

Wendy Steinmetz

Principal/Managing Partner

Wendy was raised in Northern California, and then moved to Washington where she earned her degree in Communications from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Wendy enjoyed an 8-year career as an Broadcast Sales Account Executive prior to joining the family retail business where she held the position of Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer for over 28 years. Wendy enjoys being involved in community and loves to volunteer for organizations that give back. She also loves skiing and spending time with family and friends near lakes, rivers and mountains whenever possible.
